Ron D. Abrams has 20 plus years of experience as a licensed Illinois Attorney. He enjoys helping people reduce their property tax bills. In addition to his Property Tax Appeal work, his law firm has represented individuals seeking Real Estate, Personal Injury and Bankruptcy representation.

Ron is an investor in Chicago multi-family property and is the Managing Broker/Owner of Silver Property Group, Ltd., a full service Real Estate Brokerage and Development Company.

He has contributed as a Real Estate expert on NPR, WBBM, WIND, WMAQ, WCKG radio, and CBS television. He has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal and Chicago Tribune.

Ron is a Board Member for Illinois Association of Realtors. The Illinois Association has over 40,000 members. From 2010- 2015 he was a Board Member of the Chicago Association of Realtors. As a Chairman of Chicago’s and Illinois’ Government Affairs Committees, he has met with many elected Representatives from Chicago, Cook County, and Illinois. The Chicago Association named Ron their Realtor of the Year in 2015.

Ron is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and DePaul University’s College of Law. Ron understands that patience is a virtue. He is a lifelong Chicago Cubs fan.

Carrie L. Bernardoni is an experienced Real Estate Tax Analyst.

Carrie began her career in Property Tax Appeals in 2004. She worked for a Downtown firm that specializes in Chicago Property Tax reductions. Her duties included researching and analyzing Cook County properties.

She maintains a strong relationship with the Cook County Assessor’s Office and the Cook County Board of Review and is current with their procedural requirements. Carrie assists assessment matters for commercial, industrial, condominium associations, and all types of residential properties. 

She attended the University of Illinois at Chicago and graduated with her Bachelors Degree from Columbia College in Chicago. 

Carrie and her husband Brian live in Cook County with their three daughters. Brian Bernardoni is a Chicago Cubs historian and a Chicago-based lobbyist. Carrie is also an active volunteer in her children’s school and community.
